General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – CanCap.ch

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop www.cancap.ch .
By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Offer and products

The products in the online shop are non-binding.
Color variations or minor product differences may occur due to technical reasons, depending on screen display and manufacturing.

3rd Prizes

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory VAT.
Prices are subject to change at any time; the price at the time of ordering applies.

4. Ordering and conclusion of contract

By submitting an order, you are making a binding offer.
After submitting your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email.
The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order or ship the goods.

5. Payment

Payment is made according to the payment method offered in the shop (e.g. credit card, Twint or prepayment).
Shipping will only take place after payment has been received.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is within Switzerland.
Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.
Shipping usually takes place within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment.
We accept no liability for delivery delays caused by third parties.

7. Returns and Complaints

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened and undamaged.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For defective or incorrectly delivered products, please contact us by email at info@cancap.ch – we will find a straightforward solution.

8. Liability

No liability is accepted for damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods.

9. Data protection

Personal data will be treated confidentially and used only for processing the order.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is Aarau (AG), Switzerland.
